

✦ Deposit Policy
A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments without a deposit will not be scheduled. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know right away so we can address them.
☽ Grace Period & Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen! A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, we may shorten your service or mark the appointment as a no-show.
❋ Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
